Bertinet Cookery School
Returning to my hometown Bath to this fantastic cookery school to teach a various of Malaysian dishes. Previous classes we have made Cucur Udang (Malaysian Prawn Fritters, Lor Bak (5 spice Sring Rolls), Nyonya Laksa, Spicy Prawn and Chicken Wraps, Black Rice Pudding, Kaffir and Lychee Granita and many many more. SO come and join us for some fun and fill your bellies with great Malaysian delights. Includes lunch and wine.
