Explore the intriguing curries of Malaysia with me. Aromatic and flavoursome and with influences of Chinese, Indian and Malay cookery, this class will delight all of your senses. You will learn how to make an authentic ‘Chicken Rendang’ from scratch starting from the paste and working right through to the finishing touches.
